Note: These settings are done at the mailbox level, so you will have to do it for each mailbox in your account.
By default, the daily sending limit is set to 200, and the interval between sends is 5 minutes.
Here is the procedure to change the sending pattern settings for a particular mailbox:
Head to 'Email accounts' and click on the 3 dots on the right of the mailbox.
In the dropdown menu that appears, select 'Sending pattern' as illustrated below:
On the page that appears, you can set the following:
The daily sending volume or limit: This is the maximum number of emails this mailbox can send in a day. The default value is 200, but you can set it to meet your needs. We do not place any restrictions on this. Only ensure your account can bear the heat and it doesn't exceed your Provider's sending limits.
The delay between sent emails: This is how long this mailbox will wait after an email is sent before sending out another one. The default value here is 5 minutes, but you can set it to any value. Only ensure it doesn't violate your Provider's Sending Policy, as this can cause you to get banned or, at best, land in spam. You can set the values in seconds, minutes, hours or even days:

After entering all desired values, click 'Save Changes' and you're all set .
