How to Create Inbox Filter

Step-by-Step Guide on Creating a Filter for your Inbox

Now that you have added your mailbox for warmup. It is important to create a filter to keep your inbox clean. This way, you don't get to see emails from our network that might disrupt your workflow.

We will use Gmail/Gsuite for illustration in this guide but it's similar for other providers.

Complete the following actions:

  1. Select the configure icon on the search bar.

  2. Enter the word "clx" in the subject field and click on the create filter button.

  3. Mark the options: Skip the inbox, Mark as read, Never send to Spam, Always mark as important, then choose primary in 'Categories as' field.

  4. Finally, click on 'Create filter', and you're done!

If you experience any troubles, don't hesitate to contact us on chat support or email us at support@closershq.io.
